Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to Archival Products. If
you are not satisfied with the product received, you may return
the item to us. First notify your customer service representative
so you can be given the proper return shipping information,
the paperwork can be prepared for receipt of the return, the
accounting credit information can be prepared, and a replacement
order can be put into process.
Standard orders over 6 months from purchase
date will incur a 10% restocking charge. Orders over 12 months
need to be discussed and terms accepted prior to return. Custom
orders may not qualify for return or may incur a 25% restocking
fee. Custom orders over 6 months from purchase date may incur
an additional fee. There are no returns on custom-made orders
after one year.
Minimum Order
$50 for merchandise (shipping additional). Call to discuss special terms for organizations.
Custom Sizes
Most preservation enclosures can be custom made to your specified
size. Please call for a quotation.
Workshop Materials
Catalogs and pertinent samples of our preservation enclosures
are available for preservation workshops. Let us know your
next workshop date, location, and number of attendees and
we will arrange a timely delivery of the items suited for
your workshop.
Method of Payment
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and 30 days net on established
accounts.
Shipping Charges
Minimum shipping charge of $4.95

Shipping charges are prepaid and added to your invoice or
credit card purchase.
