Custom Four Flap Enclosure
Custom fits materials 1/4" to 1" thick.
A variation of our four flap enclosure, the
custom four flap enclosure offers flexibility for storing
various depths of materials. The sturdy 20 point interior
four flap and 60 point exterior folder give added protection
for heavier materials. The 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and 1 inch scores
let you choose the thickness your enclosure needs.
To store materials, open the folder and all
four flaps. After determining the thickness of your materials,
fold each flap on the appropriate score. Place your document
in the center and close the bottom, top, right and left flaps.
The final flap can be secured with Velcro™ dots.

Specifications
• Outer folder is constructed of .060 sandstone archival
board.
• Inner enclosure is constructed of .020 sandstone archival
board.
• 8.5 pH sandstone archival board contains a 3% calcium
carbonate reserve, is acid-free and has non-detectable lignin.
• Four flap enclosure is die cut and scored as one piece.
• Multipule scores accommodate thicknesses of 1/4, 1/2,
3/4 or 1 inch.
• All adhesives are acid-neutral polyvinyl acetate.
• Spine is made with green poly-cotton C grade book
cloth.
• Corners are rounded to 1/4 inch radius to prevent
damage.

Custom Four Flaps Without
the Binder
These heavy-duty four flaps allow insertion and removal without
damage. The acid-free, lignin-free board gives long-term protection
and is available in standard sizes in 10 point sandstone archival
board with a 1/8 inch spine score for thin items (see
Four Flap Enclosure) or in 20 point sandstone archival
board with multiple spine scores for items 1/4 to 1 inch thick.

Custom File Folders
We will make no-tab or full-tab 10 point and 20 point file
folders up to 25 inches wide upon request. Larger folders
would need to be spliced due to board size and equipment capacity.
