Four Flap Enclosure
Four flap enclosures protect and
allow materials to be easily shelved.
Four flap enclosures are a safe, effective method
to store documents and pamphlets without boxing or attaching
them to a case. The enclosure fully protects and securely
holds your material so it can be easily shelved. The precision
die cut 10 point inner four flap with a single spine score
is attached to a 40 point outer folder with a green poly-cotton
C grade cloth spine that allows easy labeling. Both are made
of sandstone archival board. Available in a variety of sizes,
the four flap enclosure safely covers your important documents
for long-term protection.
The four flap enclosure allows you to open the
folder and all four flaps, place your document or pamphlet
in the center and close the bottom, top, right and left flaps.
The final flap can be secured with Velcro® dots. Special

Specifications
• Outer folder is constructed of .040 sandstone archival
board.
• Inner enclosure is constructed of .010 sandstone archival
board.
• 8.5 pH sandstone board contains a 3% calcium carbonate
reserve,
is acid free and has non-detectable lignin.
• Standard four flap enclosure is die cut and scored
as one piece.
• All adhesives are acid-neutral polyvinyl acetate.
• Spine is made with green poly-cotton C grade book
cloth.
• Our four flap enclosure now has an additional 1/8 inch scoreline to accommodate materials up to 1/8 inch thick.
• One piece precision die cut.
• Corners are rounded to 1/4 inch radius.

Four flaps without
the binder
These heavy-duty four flaps allow insertion and removal without
damage. The acid-free, lignin-free board gives long-term protection
and is available in standard sizes in 10 point sandstone archival
board with a 1/8 inch spine score for thin items or in 20
point sandstone archival board with multiple spine scores
for items 1/4 to 1 inch thick (see
